The Power of Sleep
All mammals sleep. The Sperm Whale sleeps while standing vertically in the middle of the ocean. Sea Otters sleep holding hands.

Imagine a rabbit sleeping, hunted by wolves at night.  Nature must have decided sleep is worth it.  With good reason.  Some very important things are happening while you sleep.
The main thing happening while you sleep is housekeeping.  Serious housekeeping, involving destroying damaged cells, while making new ones, repairing things that are falling apart.  Your cells don’t sleep.  Your cells put you to sleep so they can get busy repairing themselves, making new cells, and recycling anything that got too damaged during daily wear and tear.  It’s a thorough housekeeping process.  Nature has been refining it for 225 million years, since mammals first appeared on earth.
The body is built to function at top speed during the day.  It has no time for anything else. At night it all changes. Your cells get busy cleaning up the mess you made during the day.
Your cells benefit when the ingredients they need, at that time, are readily available in your bloodstream.  At night, when you are asleep there are lots of vitamins, minerals and supplements that can enhance the cellular processes that are active when you sleep.  Our powders provide the nightly nutrition needed to fully support rejuvenation.  The goal is to support the rejuvenation processes that happen while you sleep.  That’s what sleep is, a rejuvenation process.
You can feel the difference in your skin the next morning.

This science of feeding your cells is not natural.  Most of us mammals, whether we are whales, humans, or mice, cannot tailor our diets to meet the needs of cellular metabolic pathways.  We eat to survive in a wide range of environments with an often-limited range of foods.  Today specialized supplements and plant extracts are available at affordable costs.  This allows us to design “sleep nutrition” to meet the needs of the cells within our bodies more perfectly.  It allows us to have a sleep so powerful you can feel it in the morning.  Cellular science opens the possibility of a new kind of nutrition.  A nutrition that supports enhanced performance, minimizing disease risk, having a longer lifespan, and, most importantly, having a longer healthspan, a longer time where you are able to look after yourself.
